Starting a
business can be a stressful experience.
Some formalities are obviously necessary but, with
our help and practical experience, many countries have been
able to simplify their requirements.
We
advise governments and official bodies on all aspects of
company and business registration. Whether
the problems are with the law, the procedures, the
organisation or the computer systems, we can offer solutions
to meet the particular needs of the country concerned.
We
have also helped establish one-stop shops so that all
formalities can be completed in the same place and at the
same time, meaning that the entrepreneur no longer needs to
deal with several government offices.
Our
projects have ranged from setting up a complete companies
registry where it had not previously been possible to
incorporate a company to just advising on some particular
problem. We have a particular interest
in ensuring that information from the registers is available to
anyone who may need it. To date we have advised
registries in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and South
America.

British Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the German
